I'm 5'8 and I weigh 130lp.
I'm 172 cm and I weigh 59kg.

6 3 and I weighed close to 400 at this time last year.
This year, I'm down to 220, which is a tad over, but alot of the weioght comes from loose skin.
Without it, I'd be around 200.

You lost ALOT of weight. Good job. Was it Gastric bypass or did you do it naturally?
Naturally.
Kept under 1500 calories every day, it just came off.
Now I'm too damn broke to buy a new wardrobe, so all my clothes are mega baggy. :P

That is awesome good job. That is very hard to do. Atkins? (bad diet but gets results)

Nah, it isn't hard, you just have to stay dedicated.
Basically I didn't count anything but colories, since your body needs some carbs to keep your brain healthy, and some fat to keep your heart healthy, going too low on either can be really bad for you.
Calories are basically a count of both carbs and fat, so if you set a number for yourself, and buy generally healthy foods, it isn't rough at all.
