This is a classic argument that we always hear from criminals. "There are much bigger crimes going on so leave me alone with what I am doing, even though it is still illegal." Because Gamestop screws over the developer waaaaaay more than any modders do, and people buying used games are taking way more from the industry than any pirates do.
