Cold hard numbers say PS3 outsells 360 this year, then the Xbox fanboys say things like: "in 2005 before PS3 existed 360 was doing really well glivin!" Let's talk about the real numbers. The reality is 360 in 2008 outsold by PS3. You want to ignore the fact that PS3 costs twice as much as 360 fine. Doesn't change a thing.

You're ignoring facts that 360 has outsold ps3 for 10 weeks in a row and that it has a 5.8 million lead to boot.

 

 

I'm not ignoring that fact I'm pointing out that it should be outselling the PS3 by a lot more then it is. Point being that with sales that way Sony won't need to pricecut.

Why should 360 be outselling PS3? Why are you acting like PS3 is just another default game console,Did you forget Blue Ray,Sony fanboy Hype?,The Sony namebrand?

 

You just degraded Sony right there.

no, the lead was 5.3 million at ps3's launch.  It is now 5.8 million.  Yea it was 7 million at its peak but ps3 hadn't even launched in Europe (strongest region) for a half year so it was easy to build the lead at first.

This only reason it doesn't was because of questionable quality of the system. The games and price are the true reason people bought it, just like the PS2.

The 360 also looks twice as sexy, has twice as many good games, the controller is twice as good as the PS3 one, it is twice as loud (we know how much many young men love loud cars), it has an online setup that's twice as good as the PS3's, and it has twice as many shooting games than the PS3.

So why isn't he 360 selling like 200 times greater than the PS3? I've checked all my logical statements and calculations....

I blame casual gamers.
