God of War: Chains of Olympus... I know that Il be the only one nominating it for overall best game of the year but as an achievment I seriously bealive it... especilly as I was extremly dissapointed by both GTA4 and Gears of War 2... SSBB was great and I still have to play more from MGS4 to tell a concrete opinion, but I dont think that my opinion will change anytime soon ;)

that's a surprise coming from you 11ht11 :P

although i do agree SSBB has an ok chance.

What people are missing here is that GOTY games are usually things that blast people out of the water, fresh new ideas, innovation, these are some things that ssbb is lacking, and why i think MKwii has a slightly better chance because of the wheel.

the only other games I see that really puched you in the face when playing them were gears2, mgs4, lbp, crysis2, there were a lot of great games. But great games don't win. Games like portal win. Epicly awesome games win.

Tough, very tough. For the life of me I can't remember what games came out before I bought Brawl. So just from what I can remember and I predict:

Left4Dead seems to have the best chance at the moment.
