It was not released everywhere that week, just a limited number of stores with majority being just pre-orders only. Also remember it was mainly Saturday only sales, 1 day of sales. 1 day does not = 1 week.

Release date in US was October 28th.

^Still, it was the first week that went into sale.... whether is just one store or a million, it went onto sale that week. And since when we count days??? This site tracks games by weeks, like it or not. When the numbers come on Friday you will see a 2 under weeks ;)
