Spot on with Pyramid Head... that thing is fucking chilling... and I'm hard to scare. The whole Silent Hill envirioment only contributes to him being even more scary.

I personally do not agree with a lot on that list, but I completely agree with Pyramid Head. He was one scary SOB.

That may well be the lamest list you could make. 4/5ths of those monsters didn't belong in a top 100 list, for crying out loud.

I would have deffinatly put nemesis in the top 3, but I can understand why some would see the ones there as the scarriest from all :D Good list, tough IMO there are a bit to many RE enemies.. maybe the Dahaka from POP: WW could have replaced one :P Or one of the enemies from the suffering games... lets be honest they are brutal :D
