Use your brain. Vote Mccain.

Because if you don't vote McCain that means you aren't using your brain and UR anti-American.

Use your brain. Vote Mccain.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

With all that repetition, I was going to name the link:

Straight talk express: Palm, apply directly to the forehead.

Straight talk express: Palm, apply directly to the forehead.

Straight talk express: Palm, apply directly to the forehead.

McCain should change his slogan to, "Osama bin Laden has a Job, do you?"

Well at least if Obama is elected president we can settle once and for all if Marxism will work in America. My bet is on NO. I know you all like to dismiss all of his friends and associations and such, but doesnt it bother you that there are so many racist, anti american-radicals in Obama's wake.

I hope the truth is that Obama was just "using" them to get to where he is, I really hope he is not truly one of them. Someone explain to me how you can all think elected someone who has done absolutly nothing while in his previous offices except run for another office. You all are fooling yourselves and are placing your hopes and dreams in an empty suit.

I do not see mccain as a man who can fix all my problems. But, you what? I don't need anyone to fix my problems for me. I see Mccain as a man who is more qualified than BO to be the pres. You guys can all wish Obama to be what you want but your will be sorely disapointed when your realize his is just another liberal democrat, but unlike the last liberal democrat who was in office this one is not qualified in the least bit, kinda like the liberal democrat before Clinton.... Yea... He work out REALLY well. I can see Obama pulling a Jimmy Carter and doing something stupid like giving the Panama canal away...

End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

Even if Obama was as far left as Labor in UK or Socialists in France, you do realize that that is still no where near marxism, communism, or the American common meaning of Socialism. That being said, I wish he was further left just to piss the right off.

hmm, well in that case I can see that your logic is flawed. It is rather inmature to adjust your political views just to piss off the people you disagree with. Also, just because it is being used in the Uk or France does not mean that it is not Maxist. The Basic Idea stems from Karl Marx. Notice, it is difference to call someone a communist, than to call someone a Maxist. Also last time I checked France had a much higher Unemployment rate than the US.... I guess we know what to expect then.

You do realise who Karl Marx was right? Marxism is the original inventor of communism, he is the guy who defined communism. If somebody is a Marxist it means that they believe in some from of communism (whether its the form of communism Marx himself described is arguable).

Also the UMP is currently in power in France - its a centre-right party. The French socialists aren't the government.

The part about pissing you off was a joke.  Unemployment is measured differently in different countries, the U.S. measures it in a way that makes it look lower, because USDL pollers ask the questions in a way more open to excluding the disenfranchised unemployed than other countries.

Your main point is right though,  France is fucked up.  Not because of the socialist party though.  It's fucked up because the constituency doesn't care about the indicators that we care so much about. There are problems in France, but they are different than the ones here, they aren't throwing money into killing innocent muslim children by the hundreds of thousands; the U.S. is  (whether accidental or otherwise, we chose to go into a country, for no reason, and kill children and other civilians).

They look at national health as education, art, healthcare, and infrastructure.  Those evil socialists.  Making sure education and healthcare are provided for all of their citizens, treating children and immigrant like human beings.  WTF are they thinking.

BTW, this is a democracy and it seems like a voting majority disagrees with you.  They think healthcare shouldn't be tied to their job or the market.  They think that what they pay into the government when they see good times should be paid to them in bad times.

Perhaps more unexpected is that almost two-thirds (64%) of the public believes government can do a lot to address the cost of health care, and people across the political spectrum believe government should try to address health care prices – 65% of Republicans, 74% of Independents, and 86% of Democrats, among the large majorities who say any health-related prices are unreasonable.

...

When faced with a choice between the government trying to solve the health care cost problem by dealing directly with providers and insurers and limiting what they can charge versus giving consumers tax incentives to buy high-deductible coverage and encouraging them to shop for lower prices and better quality, most people (59%) choose direct government action over the more market-oriented solution (34%).  That was true across the board for Democrats (66%), Independents (58%), and Republicans (52%).

A large nationwide poll of Republican voters shows that an increasing number consider themselves conservative, that about half favor universal healthcare and allowing gays in the military, and that the vast majority say spreading democracy shouldn’t be the United States’ top foreign policy goal.

He was partially right and partially wrong.  The developments were probably influenced by his work, but he thought that Communism would begin in the industrialized world, specifically England.  It was mostly successfully implemented in agricultural economies.  Agree with the idea of your post though.

Some time overseas might be a good idea for you to get a better understanding of the world.
It's really not that bad to broaden your views, you know.

Every sentence you write about politics is narrowminded. I guess that either you are not really on Harvard or your daddy has a lot of money.
