I blame the Wii. If the Wii is aparantly responsible for the salvation of the games industry it can also be held responsible for its death.

Actually Wii is partially to blame, but it's mainly due to DS. DS is massively down in the 6 months covered compared to the same period last year. Wii is significantly down too. PSP is up quite a bit, PS3 slightly down, and 360 is up quite a bit, but it's sales were so low that it's pretty insignificant to the market as a whole.

So shrinking DS & Wii sales result in the overall market shrinking too.
