Actually Wii is partially to blame, but it's mainly due to DS. DS is massively down in the 6 months covered compared to the same period last year. Wii is significantly down too. PSP is up quite a bit, PS3 slightly down, and 360 is up quite a bit, but it's sales were so low that it's pretty insignificant to the market as a whole.
So shrinking DS & Wii sales result in the overall market shrinking too.
