So PS3 domination 2006 2007 2008?

It's taking some people a lot longer than others to move past the denial stage.

Also, in Video Games(Not electronics, or television), Nintendo has a much healthier brand than Sony from a sales and popularity perspective. I hate to break that to ya.

Microsoft did not fix the RROD, that is the biggest myth in the world, on youtube there are tons of videos of Elites getting RRODs, better yet I know 2 people that got 360's for christmas last year and both had the RROD by the time GTA4 came out, RROD will always be there due to the poor design of the 360.

I never said PS3 was some super console. Although you do need to understand up until a couple weeks ago PS3 was in fact taking WW sales away from the 360 for 36+ weeks I believe. The gap was shrinking on a weekly basis. What makes anyone think this can't be the case again?

Your last sentence is implying that now since the 360 has won 3 of the last 40 or so weeks in WW sales against the PS3 that it will stay that way this year and next?

You cant count anyone out yet. Who said people were counting sony out lol its very early in this gen TBH. We will have to see if the wii can keep selling like this with no real quaility 3rd party games comming out on it. If the 360 will keep selling. And if the up and comming hits for the PS3 and brand name will help it. I will just say this too when God of War 3 comes out im getting a Ps3 =).

Jasper says hello. He moved in in september and he's here to say. Sure there were x360 that would still RRoD if they're older models, but new ones shouldn't have the problem. Can they? Sure they can but you'd really have to in an oven for that to happen. 

Heres what MS did do though, they extended warranty on all xboxs to 3 years and put aside $1 billion to fix consoles bricked by RROD. You're a bit ignorant to say that MS hasn't have incentive in the past 3 years to fix the problem

My Falcon 360 (purchases in February) is still running wonderfully, this includes some weekends where I may play and/or leave it on for hours at a time. I played through Halo 3 in one sitting last week and not a single hiccup. So it seems like they did a good job for me in terms of preventing RROD. If this was a launch 360 I would have beat it into the ground by now from what I heard.

My 360 sits on a small end table on the side of my TV stand with plenty of fresh air to breathe in.

it would still happen, even they improved the failure rate rrod is likely to happen, also its doens't only happen due overheating but also many other hardware problems.

you know 3 million people suing  m$ would be a bigger problem than 1 billion lost due faulty hardware.

Mine has that 20...errr... 12GB HDD as well. I think as long as you don't suffocate the thing it should be fine. My 8 hour gaming sessions provide some proof. For me anyways.

Fable II will be the ultimate test for me. I am going to beat the hell out my console when that game is released.
