Mine has that 20...errr... 12GB HDD as well. I think as long as you don't suffocate the thing it should be fine. My 8 hour gaming sessions provide some proof. For me anyways.
Fable II will be the ultimate test for me. I am going to beat the hell out my console when that game is released.
