it seems pretty serious with the ITC actual taking intrest the ITC has the power to block shipments and pull them all off the shelves if it sees what it thinks is infringment, and they normaly dont take intrest in cases until it is almost certin a ruling will be made for the plantif

Anyone can help me write up a patent? I have this great idea where I could inhale through my nose or mouth and exhale through my nose, mouth, and sometime my ass. It has great health benefits and hypothetically keeps me alive.

Hillcrest Labs was probably prompted by MS to do this.

This lawsuit has no chance. Miyamoto originally conceived the idea for motion controls on November 5, 1995 when he slipped and bumped his head while standing on his toilet to hang a clock:

@Played_out, does he have a patent from them, or prior art if not this patent may win out and N have to pay or lose the ability to sell the wii the ITC is serious, they have blocked and removed many a thing from the market... i bet N pays them off or agrees to the licencing deal, i doubt they would risk an ITC ruling
