@LoL_Mature, i can get you some original msg4 bundles, quite a few around the stores here most of the wally worlds (walmart over 32 with 30 miles of my home) have 2 or 3, cant say for the targets havent been in one for a month, and ive seen a few at games stop when i went in to pick up futurama for the ps2

I am not an "M$" supporter.  I am a game's supporter.  With the largest number of high quality games of any current generation platform, the Xbox 360 is therefore my console of choice at the current time. 

The only last generation console I own is a PS2.

MGS4 matters to me because I consider the success of hardcore games critical to my own future enjoyment of hardcore games in decades to come.

I will say right now, that I have placed the upper level of my Fable 2 expectations at 4 million.  In reality, I expect 3-3.5.

lol go to Tanzania. I was there the other day and there were plenty. Also, they had a number of Motorstorm bundles. Yes. the 60GB b/c version. Brand new.

Of course, they sell for the equivalent of US$1500 though :(

I would say to PS3 fanboys and Kojima, it didn't. But to everyone else (including Sony) it did.

To the people it didn't:
- ALOT of PS3 fanboys were saying that this game would be the thing that finally turns the PS3's fortunes around, even against the Wii, but aside from 1 month, we've not seen lasting effects (i.e Tide turning)
- Kojima is never satisfied, which I admire him for. It didn't live up to his expectations because they are so high.

To the people it did:
- Sony wanted some form of a sales boost and PS3 NEEDED AAA titles, MGS4 delivered on both fronts.
- Everyone else thought it'd be a fantastic game. It was. Expectation met.

At the current rate it'll reach 4M easily. I would be surprised if it didn't exceed 4M by a clear amount. In fact, even 5M-6M isn't impossible. It is very succesful even now, and when the platinum version is released, the game is bound to get increased sales. Anyway, just 4M is terrible underestimating.

I don't know about Konami's expectations. I guess MGS4 will meet them but can't be sure.

Bundle hasn't been available for over a month at BestBuy, Gamestop, Target, Wallmart. That's over 80% of the US market right there.

Now feel free to add how locally owned gamestore in the backcorner of Montana has 2 left on sales. I'm sure it's having a HUGE impact on weekly sale.

Not even getting into the fact that for the last month over 50% of the weekly sales have been in Others which had no good bundle to start with. But feel free to keep enlightening us on the availability of the bundle in NA..

When was MGS4 released for heavens sakes. To answer the Question, No i thought it was a great game. Its still selling and those who have played seemed to have loved it.

The more ps3's sell, the more mgs4 sells...at least until another game can lay claim to the title "best game on ps3" so I won't draw any conclusions yet. Also, the game is giong to be $60 in the west for a LONG time. Even good ol' resistance only just dropped. Add that to the possibility of future DLC and thats even more profit for Konami.
