Unreat Turnament is a TIME EXCLUSIVE.

Jack said it was exclusive to the ps3, but the media doesnt believe it. I will see the entire conference again and see if it was timed. He did say that he was proud to confirm that Unreal tournament 3 is exclusive to the ps3. But its not really exclusive since its coming out on pc. And believe it or not I think ps3 is about to be sold out in amazon.com

This game is a must buy for me, I have always loved Unreals.

This one has some of the best graphics I've seen on any game (together with Crysis) on any platform... but the most important thing here is to 0wn my friends on this game :)

Jack said it was exclusive this year, please don't start this again then people accuse Sony of lying when they didn't...

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

This game should look pretty good on the PS3. It'll be interesting to see if Epic can get the Unreal 3 engine running as well on the PS3 as it does on the 360 (or even better) to show off the power of the PS3.

*sigh*

I like KZ2 better because it takes a different style.

Unreal Engine 3 is a great looking engine and does off some fantastic power for console developers, but all the games look the damn same no matter which platform its running on (in a round-about way) certain things are better, but the base lying 'look' is hugely normal and bump mapped areas with massive bloom and spectacular lighting... but they STILL look very similar, I hope the whole industry doesn't convert to UE3 because that will be sad... I don't find myself pumped from the Square game running on UE3 just because it's looks so 'samish'... dunno what it is about it.

I'm not saying they look bad and I'm not trolling, they look freakin fantastic, but I'm getting a little tired of this repeated look.

I don't really see the sameness you're talking about. Compare Too Human to Bioshock for example, they don't even look like they're using the same engine yet both are using UE3. Or compare Bioshock to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas, they don't have a repeated look either. Actually compare Gears of War to those games (especially Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas) and tell us they look or even feel the same, they don't at all. Or Stranglehold, another that you wouldn't even know used the same engine based on the videos for it.

If you're not trolling (which you say you aren't) then I can only assume you really haven't actually looked at many different games that use UE3, hopefully this helps to dispel any misconceptions about UE that you have.

I'm not sure how this game looks in motion but i just watched the killzone vid and it was better than these screens, the lighting effects are beyond amazing. Anyone got a link to the vid?

Killzone 2? Hopefully the final product plays ok. It's amazing how much effort and money Sony is pouring into it to prove the power of the PS3. I think they miss the point that if it takes years and a team of 135+ to make a game that may look slightly better than what will be coming for 360 then well what's the point of all that power if it's locked away or too costly for developers to tap?

All the big games this gen have dozens of people and lots of money behind them it's not just PS3 games.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

Well legend 11 if your talking about killzone in comparison with whats on the 360 or coming, Killzone 2 looks better than anything coming on the 360 this year, cod4 is very good looking but killzone 2 looks better not by a long shot but better. what am I saying, your right but it will pay off in the long run, look at the ps2, it started with terrible graphics in whicih some n64 games looked better than ps2, but at the end KH2 and god of war 2 proved to look even better than some early 360 games.
