anyone else seeing themselves pressing the snooze button?

I set my alarm an hour earlier of the time of what I'm suppose to wake up and then pressing snooze so I can go back to sleep ... so anyone else doing this... or is it just me?

I just use to the snooze button for an extra 5-10 mins

I never press the snooze button, if you set your alarm clock an hour early you'll just get less sleep.
