Yes, yes it's gorgeous it's pushing the envelope, it's what the Wii needs, but it's starting to become overhyped. People need to stop putting it up on a pedestal and just wait. I found Spore overhyped, LBP overhyped, and now I'm thinking The Conduit is going to be overhyped. Anyone else think so too?
The Conduit is DEFINATELY one of the most overhyped game out right now.
Despite that, I'm still looking forward to it. I'd loved to see the Wii get some quality FPSs and the Conduit may be the game to really kick-start that (hence the hype).

i hate the game,it looks like a snowblind rip off (i love snowblind)..although snowblind is mainly machines......
why isn't medal of honor heroes 2 so hyped when it is the best fps on the wii????
Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for it too. I just hate seeing games praised and overhyped when we haven't seen everything about it yet, there's a lot more to come, and it's nowhere near release.
Seems like a really average game that's hyped because of the Wiimote's controls. Definitely overrated, but I don't really feel like getting in the way of fanboys. Let them have their fun. This site has a lot of news on it anyways so I'm not entirely opposed to the game.

MOHH2 is FREAKIN' AWESOME! The controls make it so much fun and elevate what would have otherwise been an average game to "FREAKIN' AWESOME" status. That's the reason I'm looking forward to the Conduit so much...the controls. I'm loving FPS Wii controls so much that I'm starting to question which version of Call of Duty World at War to get. Do I go for the graphics of the PS3 version or the immersive controls of the Wii version?

The Conduit is having trouble even finding a publisher...whereas Sony is really pushing LBP. One forebodes much better than the other.

MoH:H2 got quite a bit of hype in it's time too, but it didn't look anywhere need as good as Conduit does on all levels.
Hopefully Conduit sells way better than MoH:H2 or that'll be the end of FPSs for Wii.
