Forums - Sales Discussion - Can Microsoft afford another price cut??? erm NO

This cut should give them a sales momemtum that becomes noticable just as the holiday season kicks in. And as the new purchasers buy the X360 games during the holidays to keep up the games to console sale ratio, that will cover the cost of the price cut. Like it is supposed to do for any console maker (games sales covering the losses in the consoles), except for that one that shall not be mentioned.

Torturing the numbers.  Hear them scream.

Around the Network

I think some have said that up to 75 percent of sales fall after Sept 1st

Best. Post. Ever.

Not willing to read all this. Just want to know has anyone here pointed out that Microsoft's gaming division loss in the last quarter is a lie?

Click the link. They've been profitable for a year. That damn well means they can afford a price cut now.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

I sincerely hope everyone understands that my (nutboy) post is a joke.

But the headline is red. Red means lost money.
