Let me start with this. I find Mario Kart Wii's sales to be incredible. At this point, I think it's a safe bet to assume that it will outsell Super Mario Kart by the end of the year.
Now my question is, can it outsell Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec in lifetime sales? I personally think it has a chance.

Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec: 14.87 million

Well GT3 was also packaged with the PS2 for a long time when PS2 sales really started to take off, so thats the main reason for GT3 selling so well, but even without being packaged with the system MK Wii could sell better then GT3
