yes KI on the 360 would be a buy... i might pick up golden eye though im pretty sure its around here with an old N64... the only system i own thats not hooked up to my tv

Some Donkey Kong games were made by rare, but Ninty owns the IP so they're are on VC, most of rares games they own the ip, so could come to xbla. Golden eye and perfect dark there's some contentious issues, so will not appear on either unless a deal can be reached

That would seem to indicate that the problem is now with Activision Blizzard instead of Nintendo (or at least the bulk of it.) The Nintendo issue was one-time payment vs. royalties, at least according to one report.

The great irony is that except for Jet Force Gemini, I seem to have all the Rare N64 titles -- so this really does not impact me.

Rare can still make games for the DS, and the DS can do what the N64 can...so why not put those games on DS not questions asked.

both banjo games are coming soon to xbla, the 1st banjo u can get earlier than other ppl. if u pre-order banjo3, u get a card to redeem on xbla and u get banjo 1 for free, also u get it 2 weeks before anyone else on xbla.
