That would seem to indicate that the problem is now with Activision Blizzard instead of Nintendo (or at least the bulk of it.) The Nintendo issue was one-time payment vs. royalties, at least according to one report.
The great irony is that except for Jet Force Gemini, I seem to have all the Rare N64 titles -- so this really does not impact me.
