It's still too much for me... Especially for a console. I buy consoles for games, not the media or other stuff it does. So for me, Ps3 isn't worth that much money for me.

The price cut has made me seriously consider buying a PS3. I own a HDTV and would like to seehow blu-ray movies look on it, and even though there are only 2-3 exclusives on the system that interest me right now I know that this early in it's lifecycle that there will be more than enough others come along to justify it's price.
Nope, not yet. It's still $100 too expensive IMO and there aren't enough games I want for the system that aren't on the 360.
Maybe holiday 2008 after MGS and FF hit.

No, I've got the money and a HD TV but I don't have a reason why to buy it yet. The Wii keeps me busy enough at the moment and I don't care about just graphics, it's about the games. I will buy either a 360 or a PS3 at some time, but that depends on the games. (last gen I obviously bought a PS2 next to my GC). At this moment the 360 has an advantage which is strange considering my favorite games are Zelda, Tales... , Fire Emblem, FF, and more "Japanese" kind of games. I really think Microsoft is doing great with titles like Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata to expand the audience from an only FPS brand to a all round console with all types of games.
99% of the people say now the other 1% is maybe. I dont get it have you guys all been a hole or sometin? The huge exclusive game line up coming out this fall still doesnt make you want a ps3 even with a 100 price drop?
Nope. Not even close. I mean when you include tax, I could pick up nearly nine 360 games and almost 11 Wii titles. I'm not even glancing a PS3 until its $299 and even then I'm probably not picking one up. Given my growing disinterest in the Final Fantasy series, FFXIII isn't even a factor for me. MGS4 and White Night Story are about it for me as far as the PS3 goes and that isn't enough for me to pick up a PS3.

Well you ahve a point you already own a 360 and a wii. I wont buy one cuz I have one.
The PS3 cost about $850 US (6000kr) so I think the people will import one :)
