Forums - Microsoft - XBOX 360 D-Pad is no good...

yeah the pause button accident is something that happens to me too but that's usually when I get stressed up in a game. which usually means I should probably take a break lol :P

I use a saturn pad on the 360.

PS2 saturn pad + XFPS PS2 to 360 convrter = freinds don't want to play me in SF

I still have my Sega Saturn and 2 controllers! So I need 2 converters?

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

I bought that Gamestop pad. The D-Pad is better, but thanking Gamestop for improving my video game experience kills me inside.

I will get the Hori arcade stick when Sf4 is released..

I just took it upon myself and fixed the controller.

I took a knife, and cut out a few millimeters of the well around the D-pad. It took a few hours to do it carefully without screwing up the controller.

After that, I broke off some of my wife's nail file and sanded the inside of the well.

It looks pretty good, and works perfectly now.

lol could you upload a pic of you controller please ?

the d-pad on the ps3 is good

I can't get some of the achievements in Virtua Fighter 5 simply because they involve completing combos. It's impossible to do with the analog sticks, and the D-Pad is embarrassingly bad. And switching equipment in Assassin's Creed was just awful...

Its better than the 360 pad for sure. But still not worth the hair on the ass of the saturn pad, snes pad or sega genesis pad.

You need the saturn pad for PS2...extremely hard to find these days. and you need the XFPS PS2 to 360 converter...not hard to find at all but bloddy expensive. I spent aobnut 200 bucks on those 2.

However there is no lag so it was worth it...
