It's not a secret that bento box plays an very important role in Japanese people's daily life.  The way they prepare bento boxes is like making a piece of art work.

Every time I visited Japan, I've always been impressed by how elegant and delicious their bento boxes can be.  But after seeing these bento boxes, I realized that I have only seen very little of their bento box culture.

Bandai Japan announced the results of "2nd Character Bento Contest" on August 1st.  Please take a look at these winner bento boxes.  Aren't they impressive?
