Actually it isn't at the same time as the keynote. It starts an hour after Microsoft's keynote, which begins at 8:30:

Thanks for clearing that up. I didnt think Sony would make a move like that; taking a chance on people going to see Killzone 2 or attending Microsofts' keynote. I would think that game journalists would rather have a full coverage of Microsofts event rather than coverate on 1 Sony game. Unless, of course, you are from PS3fanboy.

Yeah, its such an easy comparison that even kotakutrads should get it. Prerendered CG vs a real game

Has everyone forgotten Killzone 1? Sony tried to hype it just as much.

How about one of the first Halo 2 teasers? The one I'm thinking of is when the Master Chief is walking to the airlocked doors while radio chatter is played in the background. While this is going on, it constantly cuts to his 'mission objectives' and then jumps into space? (The actual version of that is when he takes that bomb and carries it off the ship in the first(?) level).

Another example of misleading advertising. Sony and Microsoft are guilty of this.

Still, this doesn't invalidate the stupidity of claiming a game that has no released screens or real info is going to look better than a game that has tons of screens available. Killzone could be anything, no one really knows yet.
