Am I the only one who thinks Wii Music is the most pointless thing ever? No pressing in time to music, no picking the notes, just press the buttons whenever you want and thats it....what garbage. Essentially an auto-fire controller option would play the game for you, if one existed.

 

 Looks like you just don't get the concept behind Wii Music. And don't bs 'am I the only one' as you know a lot of people have said that, jumping to conclusions without having the chance to try it out.

well i think it's animal crossing, but i think they will announce something at tgs for us hardcore dudes.

i think the big game for next year will be spore wii (my computer is craptastic, and it can just barely run the creature creator trial on lowest settings.)

I think Nintendo is more concerned about which games will move consoles (and ensure there is a complete sell out) and sell huge amounts. So unfortunately for me the big games they are going to have for this holiday are Wii Fit, Wii Music and Animal Crossing. If they can just give me Pikmin 3 then all will be forgiven.

for me, Animal Crossing will rule completely the holidays, never played it before, but it seems so great and happy game!!

i can't wait to play it, i'm sure i'll spent hours playing that game!!

also, having online to visit other towns and WiiSpeak will make this game rock in sales

10m copies on Ds means it's very popular, and it can do great on Wii!!

I was really disappointed with Nintendo's E3 this year. But you know what? I'm not anymore because I have so many games that I am looking forward to. and I'm not going to buy these games until I beat all of my Wii and VC, and DS games, and I only need to beat one game from each.

For the DS I am looking forward to Kirby Superstar Ultra and GTA: China Town Wars. I hope GTA is 3D. For the VC I still want Super Metroid and Sin and Punishment, I have yet to buy those. Plus, buy the end of the year, I'm sure one or two games on my VC list will come out. For Wii Ware, I want Toki Tori and I'll look at some other games too. For the Wii I want No More Heroes (still don't own it), Wario Land, Spore, de Blob, Animal Crossing (never played one), and Wii Sports Resort.

11 games right there and the list can still grow! :D

The big game was Wii Music. Didn't you realize it was the last game that was showcased? They waited till the end to show it, and all the important guys were there showcasing it.

And to add to my theory it has the name Wii in it... part of the Wii series. Check out Wii Sports, Wii Play and Wii Fit (Forget Wii Chess).

From Nintendo, the big holiday game is definitely going to be Animal Crossing. True, they emphasized Wii Music, but they're only expecting it to do 2 million lifetime in Japan, a number which Animal Crossing on the DS breezed right past. Yes, I know the two systems have very different install bases.

For the Wii overall, it'll be Little King's Story. Every last one of you will be eight copies. Or else.

Actually, I doubt it. They've already got five Wii games coming out this year (Wii Music, Animal Crossing, Wario Land Shake It, Mario Super Sluggers, and Fatal Frame 4). There are only five months left in the year. The chances of them crowding themselves with more releases is slim. That said, I do expect them to unveil more games in October or November, but those games won't release until early next year.
