In Japan people will buy a system for one game and then sell it and the system back so its less of an issue. With PS3 doing only "ok/average" in Japan what this means to me is that Square-Enix wants to do well in the USA/Canada/Americas market and right now that means a multiplat release.

hmm i dont care about the sales that much, but i mostly play exclusive games,like halo 3, mass effect, dead rising, uncharted, gt5p and mgs4. The few multiplatform games i've bought have so far felt rather dull next to the exclusives. And therefore i would prefer it to be an exclusive. Its still a must buy though, i am just not as excited as i used to be.
I am still pretty pissed though, since i am a ps fan boy.

Oh, its a BIG game. And no it isnt an FPS or GOW3. Honestly I dont think much will be shown but a few random screen shots. The game is still in massive development but it already puts KZ2 to shame.
there are hints throughout this message but I wont tell. If just screens are shown at E3, wait for TGS.

I feel like a disappointed Ps fanboy too. Not because Sony doesn't have ff13 exclusive, but because I haven't played one damn game on it other than Mgs4 since April. (when I was playing Gta4.) It's almost kind of sad.
I used to be angry at Ms and their copying techniques. But, I realize that they are trying their best at efforts. I should give them a chance like I gave Nintendo this gen. (I never gave Sony a chance. I was already hooked on the Playstations. They don't need to get a chance by me as they already had the job without trying.)
I may get a 360 when Gears 2 comes. (But, I still hope Ms doesn't copy others and they diversify their lineup more, as I still don't want to play Gears 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and so on. only. And yes, 360 is the undisputed king of Rpgs is another reason why I'm getting one.)
people people we shouldn't cry that 360 owners get to play FF XIII -- what we should cry about is the fact that SE still do not have clear date or year for the game to be released and yet their adding factors which increase development time...

You let yourself get ripped off because you love a company that doesn't even know who you are or care about you one bit? All they care about is your money -- if you love a company, that only means that you've been tricked by them.
Whatever, Sony was screwing Square for a while now and Square said publically several times that Sony better do something about their sales.
