I think it was fine... And then SE made it a huge success...

The casual focus will help a lot.

Gears 2 look amazing, the dashboard / avatars, extra DLC all around for 360, and the Netflix announcement... Nothing too stunning but they did what they needed to do...

Although I am not too huge of an FF fan, this just changed what platform I will buy it on. I was going to get it for my PS3s, but now I will buy the 360 version because trophies aren't as good as achievements.

30 gaming sites have crashed during the announcement, that should tell you something.

This news will affect the future purchases of my brother who was contemplating a PS3 to play this very game. Something tells me he'll be saving his money.

he was thinking about buying a PS3 for MGS4 and this, but
with this news it just puts doubt in my mind that there's a chance MGS4 could also be ported to 360, even if they needed to use two discs.

the loss of their biggest legacy exclusive is going to hurt Sony pretty bad

well microsofts conference was not very good, and yes ff13 saves thier face.

but people are forgetting that ff13 is still coming out on ps3

im looking forward to tomorrows sony conference

Thought the press conference was mediocre.

Xbox 360 owners...

Thought the press conference was pretty good, then amazing after FFXIII announcment...

Its a press conference at E3...When did any conference of this type "Blow you away"?

I think the conference was being decent enough.Nothing special ,but a good amount of little things plus the avatars and the dashboard update.

But then came the FFXIII megaton.Yeah ,I think it turned a decent conference into a groundbreaking one.
