When Mega Man 9 was first shown, I and many others immediately rejoiced at the awesome retroness of it. Capcom has tried constantly improving graphics on the series...there's no point.
If Nintendo released a new Mario game on WiiWare with similar graphics to Super Mario World, but with all new levels, I would be ecstatic...we need more games going back to their roots....throwing pointless 3D effects onto a game doesn't make it better...the nostalgia alone made this game worth $20 to me....$10 simply makes it a must buy.

$10 US for a brand new Mega Man game is not a bargain, it's a STEAL.
Anyone that questions Capcom's pricing structure here should just be thankful that Mega Man 9 didn't wind up a "brand new retro" game over on the DS for $35 US, like the new Contras and Castlevanias. I'm also starting to believe that all the 'doubters' that don't 'get' what Capcom is doing here with this title obviously just weren't the ones that were the target market for this game anyway, but that's OK.
When I was in grade school and high school, I bought all the Mega Mans for the original NES. Adjusted for inflation, those were the equivilent of ~$92 US today for each cartridge. I'll take a new one for $10. Gladly. Frankly, I was expecting this to cost more.
