Uhhh... my entire comment was me being sarcastic. I was making a point to show the users comment that I quoted was uninformed.

Internet sarcasm is without a doubt not one of my strong point.

He is making claims, but does not read into it. He does not understand why X-2 and XII sales declined and reading up would have most likely caused him to stop himself from making such an uninformed comment.

 

Ya know I believe 12 is undertracked. In 2006 there was 4 mil in NA and Japan. It's 2 years later and Others arent included....

Thank for the help though. Next time I will use >_> or maybe even something like this to top it off.

Not saying anyone is stupid, it is just the first pic I found.

Had to get that in before someone thought I was saying something I am not. :)

Lol it doens't matter if the team is the same old team that did FFX, Haze for example or Lair were games from excellent developers, but the result wasn't good.

And FF has a cult following only in Japan, each game sells similarly in terms of numbers. In the west, it's a game that some may buy for a first time and then the sequels will not interest them much.

I agree it has a hardcore following in the west too, but FF in Japan is so big, that a lot of games in the west destroy FF in popularity and sales.
