Because the majority of people prefer Final fantasy.
OT: Screenshots look very nice, artwork looks great as well.

Most likely, SO4 will be a full exclusive if it manages a high amount of sales.
And who says SO4 isn't quality - the pictures prove that SO4 is graphically on the level of FFXIII, it seems.

Quality over quantity? Err... I think you have it backwards, since of late, all Final Fantasy HAS is quantity.
Regarding the screenshots, looks lovely. I dig the character design too, although as ever with the Japanese, a little too colorful for my taste. I like darker and grittier, these are very sexy nonetheless! Can't wait to pick up all these rpgs :D
