The PS3 barely dropped. It's the 360 that had a bigger one. Compare last month's numbers, both are 4 weeks.

Either way it's bad business for both Sony and Microsoft. GET OFF YOUR ASSES AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Sony fanboys rejoice!

Sony must be glad the ps3 did not plummet any further maybe there is hope yet , to sell 81k systems at such an awful price and with ziltch games is a total miracle i expected 60k . MS have really got a problem great game library and yet 155k something is going on , maybe the hardcore gamers have not decided yet between the 360 or ps3 . Some might well buy a wii to keep them going until they do . I  would love to know what the ps2 brigade are doing so far amongst my friends its ps2>ps3 or wii . Though heavily in favour of wii right now , however a big but most agree the ps3 will appeal if cheaper , how much though varies . I suspect a price war soon , 360<$300 and ps3<$400 let the battle commence .

I would love to see PSP or PS2 numbers right now...

But I think this may be all the data we get for a while.

Don't forget, this is US only. 360 figures are a little lower than I expected, but probably about right. The data from this site does seem to be "pro" 360 though ;) [joke]

Sony Press Release: PSP sold (about) 221,000 units...

PS2 - 188,000 units

GBA - 81,000 units (less than PS3)

GC - 11,000 units
