Yeah. My friend used to have it for PC. Apparently it's actually somewhat valuable, as he sold it for like $50 to a reseller. Half-price books or something.
It was awful on the PC because the Playstation used textures that were color-indexed which didn't work well on most modern Graphics cards when it was released ...

Worked fine for me on the PC. I can still play it today.
