I want some JRPG's as well (hell, any RPG's), but I would not call the console a lie because it does not have them yet.

You're certainly right. I miscontrued my own misconceptions about the console as a "lie" when Sony has never actually lied to me. Good point.

Hrm... this the second time, I'm going to have to scratch my head at an IGN review. GTA IV gets a ten, and this a 4.5...

Wonder what's going on over there.

I applaud IGN for stating it like it is.

The more I played Haze the more I realised how absolutely terrible it was.

Zen: I wouldn't call all western games "xbox-style." Naughty Dog has been loyal to Sony for quite some time, so I'd definitely consider them "Sony style." Anyway, I didn't just play RPGs last gen, so the temporary drought doesn't effect me. You seem upset by that very specific point more than anything. Persona 3 will work on your PS3, btw...upscaling for the win.

I guess a lot of sigs will be changed now to take Haze out of the list of PS3 AAA games for this year. It seems anytime a game is dubbed a Halo killer is turns out horribly. Maybe they know it's going to be horrible so they say that to get the backing of the Halo haters!
