I have a very specific view on the things happening:

First of all I‘m studying history and I‘m part of a science community that was once founded by the sons and daughters of the 20 July plot members (Stauffenberg, etc.). It is clear for us/most of German historians that the AfD copies NS tactics, content etc. Many of us fear what comes next.

I‘m also member of the SPD, our social democratic party, and political engagement has become very hard. Even if you just engange on a local instance, Insta DMs will get Full of hate. Moreso if you are queer (in this case you will also fear to get harassed in most cities if you openly show it and go out late). After the elections of 2024 (EU, some East) party members started to think when the point will be reached where you leave Germany before another 1933. One friend of mine, openly yelled at while campaigning and often affected by racism, already moved to Japan.


I personally have another thought: While my german Grandpa was a member of Wehrmacht, my greek Grandpa was a partisan in Greece. After WW2 he moved to Germany and seems to forgive. Would he like me to stay? Or would he think that my family doesn’t own Germany anything?

All in all many thoughts that come with the rise of the fascist.

Keep on blaming the people with no power you have no idea what you are talking about.  If you are far left, you are way more likely to get assassinated than gain any type of power.  The radical far left have never destroyed Europe because they never where in power.

They dont get free healtcare,free salary,free newlybuild houses,free cars,free electric bikes in there country,they do here.

Where i live 53%is islamic and 46%are imigrant background,one of the highest crime rates in the country(many underage stabbings), highest free welfare,highest unemplayed.

Iam a tourist in the city i grew up with.
