It's been nearly 14 years since the Wii U launched and over 9 years since its retirement; now that all that time is passed, how do you feel about the system?

neve even touched it r (literally) . But from the pictures it always reminded me of those fisher price toys you see online. I know it has many great games on it, but just by looking at it, its easy to assume its just a revised Nintendo Wii, much like the DS had the DSi and DSi Xl. It was really smart of Nintendo to bring all the big WiiU games over to the NS1 as almost no one had a Wii U

Trash system. Maybe the worst I have ever owned and I had a SegaCD and a 3DO.

A prototype for the Switch. That clumsy controller always put me off when I try to play something.

Mario 3D World is amazing though.

Same as it ever was. Same as it ever was.

Great first party games. Shitty hardware and user experience.

Bite my shiny metal cockpit!

I liked it more than the Wii ... I don't care how much people get their panties in a wad about that, but I liked Switch and especially Switch 2 better than those two.

Given it didn't have a full product cycle, the library was pretty good. Mario Kart 8 was better than Mario Kart Wii, Mario 3D World wasn't quite as good as Galaxy but close, Splatoon is better than any new IP on the Wii, Mario Maker was terrific, NSMBU was better than NSMB Wii, BOTW is way better than Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword, DKC: Tropical Freeze was great.

I dunno, the Wii had Xenoblade which is considered one of the greats of its genre. Splatoon is terrific though, yeah.
