For me its month of Gamepass. I dont see any reason to pay 80e for this or any game.
For me the best thing to do is to pay 7e for Gamepass and then if you like game just wait for 60%+ sale

The game is not going to be on the standard Game Pass tier for a very long time and it's going to be a year before it's on the Premium tier of Game Pass.  If you want to try it via Game Pass anytime soon you have to cough up more than 7 Euros for it since the Ultimate tier cost a lot more than that.

Not on PC. On PC you dont have these tiers so 7e is also for Day1 game releases.

Looks like decent fun. I just need to know more, I have a feeling the antics and cooky action could get stale if they make it their main selling-point throughout the game. And what's more; the developer are completely unproven in the genre. It looks promising, but the lack of progress and news for a long time lends me to believe that there have been major production issues along the way, which seldom bodes too well. Then again, it could all boil down to Microsoft having the knife against the studio's throat, seeing as they've closed down so many lately.

Definitely! Never played before but it really looks amazing!

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

I mean, sometimes changing up genres can be worth it in the end. Look at Guerilla Games. When they were moving from Killzone to Horizon, people were optimistic but cautious. I think I’ll approach it in the same regard.

Absolutely - underdogs have gone on and made some fine RPGs in the past. Criterion came from the Burnout series and then made Black, which was a really good shooter!

It going to cost you more than that the current price for one month of PC Game Pass in mainland Europe is 12.99.  It probably was 7 when it first launched over five years ago, they had a couple of price hikes since then.

If it reviews well and/or WoM is good well, then I'd def consider it. I'm always open to trying new games/franchises!

As Fable fan, and given that I fairly recently replayed Fable 2 (still find Fable: The Lost Chapters to be best), I do have an itch for Fable, so I'm cautiously optimistic about this new one (though I, from the get-go, don't like shift to more realistic art style).

It's a prioritization question, but I'm definitely interested. I might want to play the earlier releases in the series first though, at least as far as they're available on PC. I don't remember how many PC releases there are, but I know they're not exactly a high priority for me at the moment. Realistically, unless the new game ends up being brilliant and an instant classic, the chances are that I won't play my first Fable game in at least ten years.

Getting it day 1. I've been waiting for a new entry into the series for a long time. It seems to have all the things that I want from a Fable game, plus more. Playground Games has never missed and this looks to be another banger under their belt.
