DIVINITY

We already have the new GOTY

Around the Network

It's been 20 years and people won't shut up about Half-Life 3.

Well… I guess we just saw the extent Nintendo will be present tonight lol.

Also, tangent: As cool as it is to see Divinity be revealed, why not feature gameplay? How am I supposed to know if this is a game I should care about? It looked very pretty and I think it hints at a potentially really cool story… but if the gameplay loop doesn’t fit my wants, then what’s the point? An issue I have with lots of these mega-blockbuster AAAA games like The Witcher 4 and GTAVI.

2 Campaigns for RE9? Sounds reminiscent of RE6's multiple campaigns.

There are 7 Divinity games already. Unless they change drastically from Original Sin 1 and 2, you can check both and see if it fits your tastes

Yeah game trailers that don't show actual gameplay should be illegal.

The AAA sector focuses way too much on cinematics.

The more I see about Resident Evil Requiem, the more I like it.

It's just a first teaser to confirm the game is coming

It's very common to only have cinematics, specially because I suspect most of time they don't have actual good footage to show yet

For fans like me only knowing the game is on development is more exciting than 40 minutes of gameplay of whatever other game is showed today

Order of the Sinking Star looks like a game that could either be really good… or a really long mobile game. Devs behind Braid. I’ll keep this on my radar.

Gameplay would always be nice, but you make a good point about it just being a teaser. I mean, I know I’m gonna go nuts if Sonic Frontiers 2 gets its reveal teaser tonight lol. (Though I will def be a little disappointed if they’ve really got nothing to flash on us, gameplay-wise.)

Edit— Whatever this new trailer is for Gang of Dragon, however, that’s an example of when you need gameplay. A new IP from an unknown studio. What am I supposed to do with a short film?

Edit #2— Street Fighter film looks cool!
