Basically NES, Genesis and SNES. Those systems, more than any other, never get old for me. I could play them forever.

Replayed Kid Icarus again. Then, a couple of days later, the Game Boy sequel dropped on NSO, so I played through that. I've played through both games many times and my next Youtube/Twitch livestreams will likely be of these games.
I also play a lot of old arcade games, a lot of old Atari 8-bit games, things like that.
I have played through Starfox SNES and N64 hundreds of times since childhood, as you can finish a run in under and hour and score chasing promotes replays.
These days, Vampire Survivors and Ball x Pit are my go-to for short bursts of fun.
I don't tend to replay short games. Instead, I keep coming back to games that don't have an end. Currently my main game like that is Cities: Skylines II (and the first game before that), and for a long time, osu! was one. It's still one, but nowadays I play it fairly rarely. Still, it's easy to pick up and play for a while.
Fighting games I guess. Really good in short bursts with friends. A lot of them are timeless too, can enjoy them no matter which era they came from.

Any mainline Mario or Sonic game with a few exceptions (NSMB1 & 2; Forces and Shadow ‘05)
