I don't tend to replay short games. Instead, I keep coming back to games that don't have an end. Currently my main game like that is Cities: Skylines II (and the first game before that), and for a long time, osu! was one. It's still one, but nowadays I play it fairly rarely. Still, it's easy to pick up and play for a while.
