He appears to eat mostly grass and some curds of cheese lol. Any rich food would be equivalent to a kick in the balls but in his digestive system. Simply put the more real food he eats the more used to it his body will be. |
Nah my diet is exclusively protein (from chicken, shrimp, unsweetened greek yogurt, kale, and protein powder), healthy carbs/sugars (e.g. fiber from apples, mangos, berries, bananas, potatoes, etc.), healthy fats (though eaten in portion, all fats I consume come from unprocessed sources), and whatever vitamins come from this diet. I was born with a body that rejects added sugars, more than two bottles of water in given day, etc., similar to how some cannot tolerate lactose.
