Is your name by chance a reference to Bumble Blast from Skylanders Swap Force?

Quite a decent opening for Battlefield 6, considering Japan typically isn't that into first person shooters or Western AAA fare.

As has been said, next week will be the one to watch with the arrival of Pokémon; Nintendo usually release extra stock to coincide with big releases.

Very much a calm before the storm this week. The Switch 2 is gonna get a big boost of course but I wonder how much of a boost the Switch 1 will receive. It should go above 30k but perhaps 40k is possible.

Nice hold for Yotei!

I shouldn't be at this point, but I'm still surprised at how well the Switch 1 is doing post Switch 2 launch.

PS5 has more titles in the Top 30 than SW2 this week.

Switch is performing like it's making a push for 40m, its sales are in the normal range when it's well into its twilight years.

Nah it's still down by nearly 60% YoY this week. I didn't expect it to have a bit of a resurgence after dropping below 15k weekly but it should still only sell a few hundred thousand or so units in Japan next year with a few more hundred thousand left for this year so 37m is likely the end point.
