Left, because as an employee that's the only reasonable choice. In the grand scheme of things, left political parties are about the redistribution of wealth from the top to the bottom while right political parties are about the opposite. This, however, is commonly obfuscated by pushing other issues to the forefront. If you don't happen to belong to the top 10% wealthiest people in your country or if you aren't an employer, you have no reasonable rationale to vote for a right political party; if you think you do, you are probably gullible and have been manipulated.
A practical example of this in Austria is the climate bonus which is an automatic tax return to all citizens. Its purpose is to offset the rather new CO² tax, so in essence, the less damage you do to the environment, the less money it's going to cost you on a personal level. But even if you don't understand the reason, it's ~€200-300 you get from the state every year. This is a good thing and there can be no argument about it that it's good. In Austria we have five relevant parties on the national level; two of them are left, three of them are right. Unsurprisingly, all on the right were in favor of abolishing the climate bonus while all on the left were in favor of keeping it and raising it gradually in accordance with the raising CO² tax.
Our most recent election results gave us a coalition between left and right where right has significantly the upper hand, so the climate bonus was abolished and increased taxes on the rich were averted. So if this government stays in place for a full five years until the next election, I will have lost out on ~€1.500 in exchange for getting nothing of value. It's not that I am in desperate need of this money, but why should I forego getting it in order for multi-millionaires to have even more money when they already have way more than they need. It's such a terrible trade-off.
