Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase set for July 31, 2025

I liked this one. Looking forward to Chronos, Octopath Traveler 0, The Adventures Of Elliot and the one that made me the most excited was actually Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac. I really enjoyed the first one. Would really like a release date for Elden Ring and Professor Layton soon though.

Was in the japanese Direct - looks like a real fun idea for a multiplayer game.

Can't really understand this stance. This direct had two completely new HD2D games that are looking great, Final Fantasy Tactics and a new Monster Hunter Stories. This was pretty good in my books. Bogged down by EA and Ubisoft though, these were really yawn-inducing.

Streamers weren't happy either, Beat em up guy had a poll during his stream and 88% voted it was mid/bad.

Not sure what people expect these days. Sure, it could'Ve been bigger, MonHun or Resident Evil come to mind. But for what it was I think it was pretty good. Weird though seeing Xbox taking completely avoiding Switch 2 after they had decent support of Switch. Oblivion remastered should've been a no-brainer for more money.

That looks really cheap and bad. Glad they left this one out of the Direct tbh.

A lot to be excited for if you are a NS1 or 2 owner. SE is really hammering out lots of titles this year.

Final Fantasy Tactics
Final Fantasy 7 Remake
Octopath Traveler 0
Dragon Quest I&II

These partner Directs always seem to kinda suck, so I wasn't expecting much. The fire log game seemed like a troll, lol. That Cronos third person shooter looked quite impressive though. Unreal Engine 5, PS5/XSS only tier title. Persona 3 is nice to have confirmation.

Think Nintendo is saving for a bigger "real" Direct sometime in late August to late September. Right now the system is still new and coasting on Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza momentum.

The same streamers that type GTA every two seconds in the messages during live streams for all Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft directs?

The Adventures of Elliot looked fantastic, and I'm sure I'll pick up Octopath. I haven' really paid attention to Chronos, but that game does look pretty good as well.
