I'd say GT5 will sell more since PS3 is going to be an others console....

how come I can't see the sales on those pictures but it stops after 'Hits' ? Is my screen or explorer set differently? anyhow, I don't know.. it's hard to say, you don't know if real fans already have picked up a console and it might differ per region..

Sales go to GT5 of course, but actual game I would say FF13 even though I'm excited for neither FF franchise at least HAD good games in the series not so much 10, 10-2, 11, or 12, but maybe just maybe they can pull out another FF9.

Final Fantasy XIII will push more consoles, while GT5 will sell more. I think GT3 and GT4 sold around 8-10 million seperately.

Final Fantasy will definitely move more consoles..."most" people that are buying a ps3 for GT5 already have one because of GT5:P, GTAIV, Need for Speed, Burnout Paradise, etc. Racing games are plentiful.

RPG's are non-existant on the ps3 at this point. So their will be a horde of RPG fans buying the ps3 once Final Fantasy is released.

As far as software moved, I would say they will be similar this generation. I'm actually going to give a slight edge to Final Fantasy XIII because I think their is a desperation in the air for a good jrpg on the ps3 right now--I think it will get much more hype than usual.

In Europe........................ next year, Pro Evolution and Fifa will do more for the PS3 in Europe than GT5 and FFXIII will do, the difference is that the chart won't show that obviously as with FF13 and GT5.... the next PS3 football games will differ too much from the next PS2 football games, so a lot gamers in Europe I expect will find it's time to switch over from the PS2 to the PS3 in 2009 , throw in a much better library in 2009 , a lower price and GT5 and FF13, and I think the 360 will fall in Europe in 2009

GT5 generally (particularly if sales of the prologue is anything to go by) but FF will (probably) shift more consoles in Japan.

GT 5 , as it sells brilliantly in all regions whereas Final Fantasy sells exceptionally in Japan, but only very good elsewhere
I would put FF XIII at aroud 6 or 7 m (when it releases next year) and GT 5 closer to 10m, when it releases at around the same time

You guess it's big? I hope that's sarcasm because the sales numbers are right on this site. No Final Fantasy game as been a big mess, so there's no reason to expect FF13 to be one. Square-Enix is counting on it being a huge series.
