GT 5 , as it sells brilliantly in all regions whereas Final Fantasy sells exceptionally in Japan, but only very good elsewhere
I would put FF XIII at aroud 6 or 7 m (when it releases next year) and GT 5 closer to 10m, when it releases at around the same time
