Looks awesome! My favourite racing game of all time is Sonic Racing Transformed so I am extremely excited for this one.

According to the official website, the game will feature a perk system called "gadets", so customization could be cool.

Hopefully the Switch version is solid, as it was with Team Sonic Racing.
Here's more info from IGN and Power Sonic, my favorite Sonic site.
- Game is way more similar to All-Stars Racing, but still it gets some inspiration from Team Sonic Racing.
- Looks like there's no Story Mode =(
- Some portals will work as shortcuts.
- There are 3 laps in every track, and at Lap 2, the leader can choose the destination for the portal.
- Game will have 24 tracks.

Transformed is the best Kart racer ever. I think it's funny this game is the same idea I pitched in my Mario Kart thread. That sad still being Sonic only. I'm out.

It's being developed in house. GREAT!
Like Leynos, I am disappointed that it's just Sonic and not SEGA characters(Missed opportunity for cross promotion), but being closer to All Star Racing helps to balance that out.

SEGA stated that other characters from non-Sonic series will join as DLCs in the future.
Also, Sonic Prime characters wii join as the first DLC wave.

2. Strange that Sage is not in the confirmed list while she is in the trailer.

1 - Yeah, they both are too popular to be out of a game like that.
2 - I found that strange too, she's probably coming as a DLC.
3 - It's neither Eggman nor Robotnik. It's Doctor Ivo.
