I’m changing my AC:S prediction again: 85. First impressions are overwhelmingly positive, much to my surprise.

The previews from hand picked YouTubers say Assassin Creed Shadows is good so the game is definitely going to be trash. Lowering my score to 74.

See this thread from ResetEra. IGN, GameStop, EuroGamer, GamesRadar, etc., are the ppl who will be reviewing the game. If they say this is a massive step up for Assassin’s Creed, then it should relfect in their scores. You could maybe argue Ubi has handpicked review outs (just as they prolly will handpick outlets to review, no doubt), but certainly not simply a case of “handpicked YouTubers”. We’ll see come late March who’s more in the right, but reading the room, it looks as though AC:S is gonna get some very high — albeit initially inflated — praise.
