Lots of the leaks coming now, these are definitely rumors (unlike shipping manifest data and Nvidia hacks) but some of them are being cross verified by other sources it sounds like.
There's a leaker on Reddit who claims to have held the final retail version of the Switch 2. They got verified by the Switch 2 Reddit page's mod by showing them some photos of the system, but it get a bit spicier because apparently The Verge reached out to them also and they shared some photos of the dock and new Joycons to them (or what they purport to be the new dock and Joycons):

The "word" is that the name is literally just "Switch 2" and to hammer it home the logo is apparently something like this (Switch logo with a giant "2" to the right side):
If that's true I guess they decided they didn't want to fuck around with any kind of Wii U or even 3DS type confusion.
The Reddit leaker claims he's seen held the final retail unit and seen the final retail packaging (it's red again), which could be possible because the shipment manifests for Nintendo's Vietnamese factory does list that final box packaging and instruction manuals were taken delivery of at the factory in October (not in huge quantities for the box/manuals, but they definitely have the packaging and instructions to make fully completely units as of October).
The say the system they saw was all dark gray, but that they've heard there is an all-white model and hint heavily that Mario Kart 9 is a launch title. But he/she could be full of shit too, that's why I put it in the rumor category, supposedly they're going to leak something more on Dec. 25.
From another Chinese case leak, you can see the new "U" shaped kickstand (and second top USB port) and differently shaped shoulder buttons here:
