If the ps5 maintains 30 thousand per week during this holiday period it will be equal to the ps4 again

Strong launch for the PS5 Pro but that is to be expected for opening week.

Slitterhead also released. I figured with how many people missed Japan Studio it would have more hype around these parts lol.

Great numbers for PS5 Pro.
For comparison, PS4 Pro sold 62000 units in its lauch week.
PS4 Pro lauch price- 45000 yen.
PS5 pro is 2.7 times higher than the price of the PS4 Pro.

I don't know if I would say this is a strong launch, to not even get over 100k. I think this will drop very quickly to a sub 10k baseline

PS5 Pro gets a solid debut, while all of the many Playstation titles released during the past few weeks have fallen out of the top 10. (Just the one new title at #9.) Mario Party is having some great holds WoW though. I believe this is its fourth week and its still selling over 40k.

Very good numbers for the Pro, all things considered. Frankly, I didn't think even launch week would be able to beat the Switch in Japan.

Even with the Pro release Ps5 cannot get a week higher than last year. BTW what was going on last year for PS5?
