Replaying Civ Beyond Earth after a good 6 years without touching it. It's basically a Civ V reskinned as scifi, with different flavours of victory based on affinities you develop in your playthrough

It's a bit different from how other entries play, with higher emphazis in choosing your Tech Tree advancement wisely and developing your civilization with a more specific victory in mind

Doom TDA is far too long. 22 levels, would be significantly better if it had half that. I don’t think boomer shooters need to be any longer than 4hrs. So far I’d rate this is low 5/10.

You can build a fun track in 2 minutes as I show at the 5 minute mark in the video.

Reanimal with my daughter via coop. Really cool game. Basic gameplay but superb gameplay.

Also Spiderman 2 on PC, still a great game

Virtua Fighter 5 REVO on Switch 2. Excellent port. I mean, it is 20 years old in spite of the tweaks RGG Studio has given it, but still, it’s my favorite fighting game of all time.

FF16. About mid-way or a bit more. I think the only thing I don't really like is the story... it's just kind of dull considering everything that appears to be going on.

I will be curious what you think.  The first five hours of 16 was one of the best games I played.  The last 5 hours was really good.  I thought the middle 15 hours was atrocious.  Great example, imho, of a 10 hour game that was forced to be 25 to 30.  

Because I want to see how the series ends my next game is Life is Strange Reunion, hoping I don’t regret it ….. 😬

I played the trilogy on HD Collection released on PC.
